Established in 2024, the Tennessee Organized Retail Crime Alliance (TNORCA) is a dynamic coalition dedicated to combating organized retail crime (ORC) in the state. Born out of the need for a localized, coordinated response, TNORCA unites public and private entities in a strategic partnership. TNORCA serves as a model for collaboration, bringing together law enforcement agencies, retailers, and District Attorney’s Offices. Through information sharing, joint operations, and community engagement, TNORCA has become a pivotal force in safeguarding Tennessee's retail sector, fostering a secure environment for businesses and consumers alike.
